Strong Kids!




Mike's kids enjoying some KB training early on. The future is looking strong!


Tuesday WOD

-Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform

10 push ups
10 squats

Rest 2 minutes

-Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform

20 Hand to Hand Kettlebell Swings

Rest 2 minutes

-Every minute on the minute for 10 minutes perform

10 Double Push Presses
3 Sumo Deadlifts (use the same weights you used for the PP)
