9 Snatch L/R - 20% BW

As many rounds with good form and appropriate weight for 30 minutes.

Thanks but I lost my licence several years ago. The only thing I can drive these days is a Whitewater raft.

Pam - i used the 20 kg for the snatches & the big momma for the deadlifts..
