Very cute kid, Damien...the 4:30AM wake up call has been my downfall all summer...getting very close to a full night's sleep, and then the older one has a nightmare!

Painstorm was hard in a weird kind of way. I'll be feeling it in my legs tomorrow.

Um... Pam, I think you got eight rounds. You missed marking one down, because I got 8, plus the C&J and my ghetto version of the muscle-up. Don't sell yourself short!
