I don't understand the 90% load, they all have weights next to the exercise . Is it on Sunday night?

So, Mid-Atlantic is off? Kate, Greg, you out too?

Looks like a flop, we should just train for the KB comp, and Sam should train his thrusters.

Sorry I didn't let anyone know sooner. I talked to Greg and Pam yesterday and we figured that the Hopper Challenge was pretty much meant for the CF chapters in the area around BWI. I was planning on getting a hotel room for Friday night and then possibly staying Saturday night as well. This would have turned into a very expensive weekend.
Greg can't leave on Friday, and I don't want to spend all of that money on a single day competition. Albany was basically a 3 day event (with the meetings on Friday night).

Not sure when to do painstorm. Does sun night work? That or Tues night at 8pm.
