All drills done for 30 seconds.
1-Arm Kettlebell Swing/Right
1-Arm Kettlebell Front Squat/Right
1-Arm (Elevated) Push-up/Right
1-Arm Kettlebell High Pull/Right
Rest for 30 seconds.
1-Arm Kettlebell Swing/Left
1-Arm Kettlebell Front Squat/Left
1-Arm (Elevated) Push-up/Left
1-Arm Kettlebell High Pull/Left
4 Rounds.

Need we say that the Eagles and Redskins are tied for 2nd place.

I am of course no pro football player however if it were me, I would be sure to hold on to the d@mn ball until both my feet were actually in the end zone.
