Hi Pam, what are the leg bridges? See you in October!
One foot is on a med ball, plyo box or stability ball. There is a bend in the knee, push into the ground through the med ball, plyo box or stability ball to extend the hips at the top. The other leg is fully extended and perpendicular to the floor.
