There is one week left before the Juvenile Diabetes Walk at the Art Museum Steps on Sunday, October 26th at 10am. It's a 3 mile course that can be walked, run, or lunged. Hope to see you there, sign up or donate here!

In fact anyone that wants to add a little extra kick to the walk just let me know, I'd be happy to participate.
You could carry a sandbag the entire walk, you could lunge every other half mile or the enitre thing. Options are endless.

I was considering a power speed sled or maybe the Run-N-Chute speed parachute. Both looked very tempting last time I was at Dick's.
Oh yes, the sled could be fun and then we could take turns riding on it!
I wish I was around this weekend, I would have Sam fireman's carry me
uhh, lunge for 3 miles?
So, we are trying to draw as much attention to ourselves as possible...
