A tough one for those who will be ruining their nutrition watching/attending Game 3 on Saturday night.

10 Minutes

Practice pistols, use assisted variations if necessary.

Then, 60 seconds of each...
MB Thrusters
MB Burpees
Ball Jacks
Active Rest (don't put the MB down)

Does anyone want to work out AFTER work today (with someone who maybe slept a little late this morning and maybe has been eating as if the Phils already won to drown her anxiety that they will lose)?

yes. I could use a good Friday afternoon workout.

Cool! I probably can't make it until the early evening, but last week we hit up the Water Tower in Chestnut Hill and got a pretty good workout in. Maybe 6?

I wish I read this earlier, I would have worked out tonight. Since I am unable to oversleep, I ended up with a late afternoon nap.

Hope you guys got in reps of 29 though.
