Hookey Anyone???



Before fall sets upon us, we were thinking about "taking a sick day" and heading to CF Jersey Shore for a few hours (They are literally 3 blocks from the beach, and just over an hour from Philly.) Get in your workout late morning the Jersey Shore way, spend a few hours on the beach (because your doctor said you were looking a little pale) and head back home before the end of the day. Anyone interested?? We're looking at Wednesdays, so if the response is good we'll pick a date.

5R/5L Kettlebell Deadlifts
5 Pull-ups
10 D-Ball Slams
20 Ring Rows
30 Jumping Pull-ups

5 Rounds for time.

Can you look at Saturdays? Saturdays need attention too.

I would never be so forward as to demand a day but, I can only do Friday. I would love nothing more than to throw some extra moose in the hair, and workout on their turf. Sat is a possibility depending on the weekend.

All the guidos have migrated to the North and the Jersey Shore is at it's best!

We may have to hook up a rare beach workout on that day. I'll start working on this.

Greg, weekends are hard, given that we are usually traveling somewhere, and most people don't work weekends so it's not really playing hookey.

Maybe we could do two dates to include a Friday. In the meantime how does anyone feel about Oct 1st? Then again, I might be the only one playing hookey...booo...

Everyone should go, there's a sign up sheet at CFP. Also, just got word from Mike the workout is a beach workout, he's already got the whole thing planned.

Yaay!! Can't wait!
