Was not sure what mule kicks were, so I looked through videos and found alot of different versions. What do you do for mule kicks? Found alot using medicine ball and partner. Love your workouts and just learning some of your moves which I'm not familiar with.

Plant your hands on the ground as if you're about to do a burpee then kick both feet up in the air at the same time, return them to the ground, stand up, and repeat
