Consistant Power Output



Perform the following every three minutes for 30 minutes...

5 Box Jumps
5/5 Snatches
5/5 Push Presses
10 Jump Squats

Perform all of the reps of each movement with good form every three minutes, for a total of 10 rounds. If you complete the round in 2 minutes you get 1 minute of rest. Try to keep your power output consistant throughout all 10 rounds.
