Pyramids of Pleasure

Welcome Baby Sydney! Sharon and Jonathan are extremely excited about the birth of their baby girl! Sydney was born on Monday (early afternoon) at 7 lbs and 20 3/4 inches long. She's a strong little girl and will likely follow in Mommy's footspteps.

Sydney is so adorable!

Rob, I believe that Brooks and Greg are a go. I think that Kate might even be interested, won't know for sure though until she gets back from vacation. I will go but can't commit until the October travel schedule gets firmed up. Glad to hear you're sleeping better and coming back.

I think Sydney is quite possibly the cutest, prettiest baby I've ever seen. Love all the hair! :)

Nice work Sharon! Cute kid. Good luck.

Hey, I like this plan, when I show up Rich and Sam don't and vice versa. Lets keep this streak going.

Congrats Sharon and Jonathan. Wow! Cute baby.

Doc D was in the house this AM? I will be there Friday AM.

I am going to try and stick to the following Schedule. Monday, Tuesday, Wed, Off Thursday, Friday and Sat morning.

Monday is pending how tiring my weeekend was. Every other day is pending how tiring the day before was.

So in other words Sam, you'll be at CFP on the mornings where you aren't too tired, didn't go out the night before, feel like getting out of bed, and the temperature is ideal?

Sounds like a great plan.

Yep. So basically you will never see me.

Consistency is key to elite fitness. Consistently staying in bed.

Go Birds!

Going off of Sam's philosophy...Depending on how long today's happy hour is, I will be at the Friday AM class.
