I'd like to do the Challenge. Just not sure if I can be ready by then. That would be great if you could put together a training program. I am spending a lot of time on the rower.
With my luck, they'll pick 1000 handstand pushups and 100 Muscle ups for time....or just a count of inchworms per mile...in any event, I have to row because I can't leave the compound with my son napping inside.

What would the program look like? Just longer versions of the everyday work outs?
