Hey CF Philly, You had a WOD the other day that was 10 swings 1 burpee it looked like a killer! I really can't do burpees right now they kill my shoulder so I did this...

Mr pukie made a visit to my house today! It was just way too hot to do this outside!
I did the push ups on parllets. It's a good WOD you should give it at go! I think it was my ride that put me over the top.

I tried it yesterday when visiting CF Boston...my time was 7:11, but I was using the 24kg KB and did it immediately following a WOD.
