Sam you're kidding - no wonder I don't think I've seen you - I just don't recognize you! Schedule turmoil this week Rich - been on the evening program (with Doc D) - even hit a 9am yesterday. Doc D you in for tonight?

I am on for tonight, despite a lot of soreness from Tues. It seems the night crew (Amanda, Brooks, Mini Coop, etc) are keeping me rockin' these days.

Sam, I can't believe you forget what I look like. I am sitting here imagining your big Bobble head on a skinny toothpick body. Seriously, my prayers are with you for this Sunday's Broad St. run.

Doc D, I hear you. Yesterday's workout has left me wincing (and clearly whinging too, I guess). The tabata pushups will be interesting...see you later.

Sam - did you really have 23 lbs to lose? I know I haven't seen you since last Spring but marriage couldn't have taken that much of a toll on the body. You must look like a string bean.

I haven't weighed myself yet but I have definitely dropped. I'll be back next week now that my stitches are out.
