Ladder Up and Down for Rounds


Outdoor training at this past weekend's Strength Clinic. Training outdoors has many positive effects especially with beautiful days like yesterday, Thursday.


Friday's WOD

3 Rounds to focus on form

5 Pull Ups
10 KB Deadlifts
15 Push Ups
20 Squats (Jump squats if it's too easy)
15 Presses L/R
10 Suitcase Deadlifts 5L/5R
5 Pull Ups

Great workout last night! I can't remember the last time I did deep in-and-outs. My groin is not happy today.
