I'll give it a whirl.
I am on day 3 (I wanted an early start), and I feel pretty good. The post-christmas/newyears bloat was gone in a day and a half. The vegetarian perspective will be very cool Pam
Paleo is great. Paleo-zone I like even better. Paleo type foods in the Zone style.
I have not been following either latley-- AT ALL. 2 summers ago I followed it strictly and got in great shape.
I would disagree with that Sammy. I like Paleo but not Zone style block counting, way too much to measure when you're trying to simplify your life.
Good point-- it does make it harder.
I was expecting a little bit of resistance, I'm suprised.
New Year, New Sammy...
It is more difficult Pam---True. But Paleo-Zone is more effective.
You can eat Paleo type foods but what if you skip breakfast and only eat a big dinner? Or a Huge breakfast and lunch and no dinner? Not as effective.
I found that eating your blocks at the proper times helped me the best.
Now let me get back to my horrific stomach virus. That is how I lose weight.
Sam, I thought you kept your figure the same way Robin Quivers does (if you get my drift)
You can still Paleo and eat 5-6 times a day without the Zone. I'm glad it works for you, stick to it! It's just not my thing, although maybe my biggest turnoff was my 6 almond snack. Then again I don't sport washboard abs either.
