Box Jumps
Kettlebell Swings
Lateral Cone Jumps
Weighted Reverse Lunges w/25% BWT.

4 - 2 minute Rounds of:

Jumping Pull-ups
Sit-Ups
Flutter Kicks
Elevated Push-ups

I am working 8:45 to 7 this week. Not going to make weigh-ins unless I get myself there on Saturday.
