5 - 2 minutes rounds of:

Jumping Lunges
Kettlebell High-Pull
Lateral Cone Jumps
Deep In & Outs

30 seconds at each drill.

Rest.

5- 2 minute rounds of:

DB See-Saw Presses
T- Satbility Push-ups
Burpees
Broad Jumps

30 seconds at each drill.
