Pam, just another reason why you need to do Broad Street:

I'm guessing Ward.
NY Times is experiencing some technical difficulties, therefore it is evident that I should not run Broad Street!
I'll check it out once I'm able to.
That is no excuse, woman! Just Google "New York Times Runner's High," and the article will be there waiting for you.
Oh don't worry, Pamela IS running Broad Street . . . runner's high or not.
Just read the article...
Not sure yet if a runner's high is the same as a workout high, but I get workout highs just fine, especially after a Kettlebell Complex.
Susan, it sounds like the pull up show you demonstrated this evening was just that a show, or did you secretly seek out Greg's offer to get you 5 pull ups in just 9 days, since I extended your deadline?
It isn't the same kind of high, but a high nonetheless. Do it for Bella, she'll be so proud of her Mama.
Admit it, Pamela, you're getting nervous.
xoxo
It is more easy to pick who it is not (Ex: It is not Jason, b/c in 2 years of coming to crossfit Philly, I have yet to see him break a sweat).
I say it is Rob
Dawn - you're just trying to draw me out of my blog "lurker" status! It almost worked!! wait...
(that's not my sweatprint - Wed. was a little league night)
Ward's here!!! Yah!!!!
Re the angel...think smart people: here are the clues -
1. The post said "pretty" which suggests a woman, to me anyway...
2. There wasn't any floor work (unless you count collapse) in the WOD, which would suggest a Wed open gymer on her own program. Now, I was there Wed a.m., and it wasn't me, and I didn't see any other women at tha time.
So.....I'm stumped.
It IS a very lovely angle though, and I'm most relieved I'm not the only one who leaves them lying around -
Ward!!
So far everyone is in accurate.
Susan, I'm not nervous, I gave you an extra week remember? I also shared with you that certain people want to see you win and are willing to help you get there.
Susannah, Bella is equally as lazy as she is energetic, so I think she'd much enjoy sleeping in that morning!
I'm not so sure it's a woman... In fact I say it's from Sam after this morning 6AM class! He smoked me!
Rich, you finished the WOD so fast this morning I hardly even saw you. Now if Sam was also there, he was moving at lightning speed, or I'd have to agree that smokin' was involved.
Amanda,
Clearly your remarks are female chauvinism. "Pretty" is not synonomous with women. No way it is Sam b/c he is still sleeping. All of this being said, I change my vote to Pam based on the fact that she would be tricky enough to put up a picture of herself to throw us off.
I have no idea who was there in the am. Maybe Damien is the one trying to throw us off track.
I vote Christian, in the pic.
Greg, what was the 2 things wrong with my question yesterday? Other than spelling.
Was it Johnny?
Amanda - It's the white sneaks!
Is Doc D still doing the WOD? 4 hrs 36 mins, nice job Doc!
Wait it couldn't have been Sam, the picture was posted last night!
Rich, that was great!!! Remember, Amanda now has high tech Nike's (that are not white if I remember correctly). Speaking of white sneaks RICHARD, you looked very Super Fantastic in your Jazzercise shoes this morning (I know I have no room to discuss fasion, but I had to do it).
I assure you Jeanette that is not me.
Lot's of interesting assumptions on the sweat angel.
So far, none are correct.
The blog appears to be posting times an hour behind since day light savings, so I'll go by the time stamp on the blog rather than actual time.
Brooks, an 8 o' clock class would be at 8 o' clock and there aren't any. Unless you were asking if there could be an 8 p.m. class, then you're question is completely valid. However, next time just skip work
Rich, we'll call yours "stealth sneaks", in that case, since they apprarently come with a cloaking device, as well as rocket boosters.
Re "pretty" Doc D, my choice descriptor for men (as opposed to boys, who get branded with "pretty" all too often, and generally not because of the sheer visual) who, well, ARE it, is "beautiful". And yes, we are Rich (couldn't resist ~ ) in male beauty at CF Philly. Why do you think we all show up at 6am?
Oh it's valid,
early March, Jason, said there would be 8 o'clock classes in April, but BJJ is at that time...?
I will never again allow my job to interfere with the WOD.
btw, I am on a team to do a 24hr walk for cancer, you share the walk of coarse, anyone want in?
That is crazy
My guess is Nick from the 6PM KB class.
(yeah two posts in one day - who would've thunk!)
Ward addicted to the BLOG & wrong on his guess! I should know I took the pic. ; )
Looks like I have escaped a WOD of death, as I'm sure it would not have been a pretty one.
I had a good WOD cooked up, too. It had 800m inch worms. :)
Hmm.. Technically Pam you didn't say eastern standard time & since CrossFit is NationWide I think we still have about 59 minutes for someone out there to get the answer in..
I know it was from a guy... Everyone knows this guy... Everyone except maybe Barry!
Is it Greg???
For you knuckle-heads (Dr D, Sam, Amanda ;)) the "Barry" reference was a bit of a clue!
DING, DING, DING, WE HAVE A WINNER!!!!
NICE job Dawn... It is Greg!!!
I guess that could be a technicality however I did say I'd go by the time stamp on the blog, so technically we're letting the blog control the time which means... Dawn's correct answer at 1:06 is an hour and 6 minutes late.
Brooks, when is your 24 hour walk?
I'm serving up a nasty WOD for you, Spamela!!!!
4 Rounds for Time...
-400m cart wheel
-22 handstand pushups
-recite the Preamble of the Constitution during a plank
I'll bring in a flier or something, Its in June, on the Roxborough track.
Pam, I put you down for a 3 hour walk. You can make it a farmers walk if you want.
Pam, how do you feel about this proposition I have for you?
If you do Broad Street, I will faithfully agree to do the following (I would include Susan in this, but that wouldn't really be fair, now would it?):
1. Perform a WOD of your design and implementation;
2. Buy you breakfast from any eating establishment of your choice; and
3. Bake Bella some Carob Chip Cookies (or Brownies, it's her choice)
I think that's a fairly generous offer, considering 10 miles will be a breeze for you.
I never said anything abotu an 8 O'Clock class. Weezles.
Ask Pam to post the picture of the sweat angel.
Brooks, I'm interested
Jason, your memory is suspect.
Greg, good. What about all outdoor 8 o'clock summer classes, weather permitting. Brilliant!!
Susannah,
Hold off on offering anything to get Pamela to run Broad Street. Have a little faith in me. She will be running. That's a fact!!!
However, feel free to offer me breakfast. I bet that will help me with the chin-ups. I'm a huge fan of bacon.
Oh, I do have faith in you Susan, don't worry. I know you'll be able to do it. I was just trying to offer Pam another incentive to run.
You pick the place you want to eat, it's my treat.
Susannah- I like bacon, too.
Bacon is good stuff. Especially when extra crispy.
Susan is also a fan of hotdogs.
Dawn...the weather is getting nice. We are going to need to break in your back deck for the 08 season.
So with all this talk of meat, am I to assume that Jason's argument positing lacto-ovo vegetarianism as the "whey" to go has, to a great extent, fallen on deaf ears?
I was a vegetarian for 8 years but started eating meat again in 2000.
I agree
I meant to say, ask Pam to post the picture of the sweat penis.
Pigs feel pain, the same way your beautiful cats and dogs do.
"Angel"... "Penis".. I can see where you got confused!
Well that sums it up!!! Thanks to everyone for their thoughts on these, and many other matters today. Now I must rest.
I wonder what the interest is in wanting me to run. It's not like wars will end, global warming will cease, or cures for dealthy diseases will be discovered.
And Brooks, do you really want to be working out until 9pm at night?
Susannah watch your open offer of picking the place to eat with Susan, even if it's the most inexpensive place in the state, she'll manage to consume a week's worth, I know I ate breakfast with her before!
Jason just said "sweat penis."
"sweat penis."
Go here for the sweat penis:

I'm speechless.
I propose a sweat angel contest!
Are you going to mop the floor after your sweat angel / sweat penis contest?
I had a little baby sweat shape this evening, but it was neither angelic nor penile.
I agree with Erica. There are no words.
We could allow people to start identifying what their sweat shape is, as well as what they see in the drops of sweat that are left on the floor...then we could include psychiatric services to our website.
We'll talk technicalities later
A rorschach test made of sweat...interesting concept.
Who will judge the contest? And what is the winner entitled to?
Who will judge the contest? And what is the winner entitled to?
Technicalities cannot be left til later because that means they will be overlooked.
Pam, just had spaghetti squash with spicey tomato sauce, no cheese. had my doubts....but....yum!
Fine, I'll mop.
Amanda, I would never steer you wrong, glad you enjoyed dinner this evening!!
Greg, glad you caught on.
