Are we planning another run in the woods this Sunday? Maybe I should be directing this question to Bella...she and Gigi give a paws up!
No can do on running this Sunday in the Wissa or at the track, have to work out of town. We should be back on track for the following weekend though. Bella will be there!
I've never been very good/balanced with overhead squats...what's the best way to improve my back/shoulder/arm flexibility so I can do this exercise?
Start with very light weight, once you have full range of motion progress to heavier weights.
This blog is on FIRE today!
Got my best 10k time just going to CFP; before Sat I hadn't ran over 400m since December. I whooped up on all my friends back home. Probably should have trained a little running though.
Thanks Pam and Jason.
I've been napping most of the day to avoid any possible caffiene headaches or outrageous outbursts one might encounter when giving up their third and final caffienated beverage. Diet Coke and Blue Monster down about 6 months ago, coffee started today.
Nice work Brooks! Sam will start harassing you about Broad Street now.
Oh that's just F'n great! Pam's giving up caffeine again... We're ALL in trouble... BIG TROUBLE...
Pam,
I am proud of you. I hope you make it. Now at the 6am you can be on "natural energy" w/ me. Not like Rich who brings his coffee in a pint glass he stole from a bar.
Doc D, give me a few days possibly a week or two before you expect natural energy out of me. So far so good though.
Rich, are you implying that the last time I stopped drinking caffiene I might have had an extra edge of sarcasm?
Brooks- sign up for Broad Street. You will love it.
Pam- why are you dropping coffee all together? Moderation!
PS- I gained a pound in this weight gain contest.
Yeah, ah.. sarcasm.. that's what it was... ; )
Sam, it's all or nothing, the only way to play the game!
Come on Rich, after a few weeks in I was good, it was just the transisition period.
