Friday WOD

1 minute each of...

Kettlebell High Pulls
Alternating Reverse Lunges
Sit Ups
Pledge Push Ups
Kettlebell True Snatch Pulls
Burpees (Jump High)

4 Rounds, 1 minute rest between rounds.

I'd say a pretty hefty amount. But you guys have to do it on the beach and make sure not to kill any of your spectators when tossing the KBs in the air!

Doc D, so yesterday at 6am I clicked my magic shoes three times and said "there's no place like bed...er...Crossfit, there's no place...." and when I opened my eyes, I still didn't see the Tinman, Lion, Scarecrow or Wizard...

Dorothy - that must mean that you're one step ahead on your Yellow Brick Road to fitness.

I tried to get the Tinman, Lion & Scarecrow to show but I'm pretty sure that the wicked witch of X-Fit may have scared them away!

There're not used to seeing her there at 6 AM... Or was that Glinda the Good Witch - I get them confused sometimes...

Rob and I may be running. I think Greg and Pam may as well but not sure.

If I run on Sunday it needs to be early, perhaps around 8am. It can be trails, some running is better than no running.

Well IF you do run, can someone email me the time and place to meet? Right now I'm not positive if I'll be out there - depends how I feel over the next few hours. Just hauled ass in a running/canoeing race this morning and I MAY be a little sore. What happened to all my chin-ups arm stregth?
