Soooo how was the run? Ready to conquer Broad Street?
Our question of the day is this, If you are truly a runner at heart, why would you not want to start the day off with a brisk run? To start your day with an activity you love so much must be euphoria.
What can I say, I'm simply not a morning exerciser in any form. I function much better in the afternoon.
I'm in negotiations with the Broad Street race director to change the start time to 2:00 p.m.
