Oh, and ignore what the American Lung Association says.

Scotland is a good country of origin. I have been drinking tea with lemon and honey, but no spirits have been added yet. Of course now I'd like some mulled cider.

I was wondering if you'd ingested the fifth of bourbon/scotch/vodka/whiskey that was recommended to you.

I hope you're feeling better today.

What's going on, Pamela??? You're under the weather obviously. Do you need me to deliver anything to help you recover? Rest up and get well soon. You have a big race coming up.
BTW, I find that martinis help a lot with any kind of sickness.

Susan Hurrey, Martinis? I never knew.

How was your race this weekend?

Let me tell you, it was the hardest race I've ever done. I am not being overly dramatic either. It was a 16 mile hike/run up in the mountains of Central Pennsylvania and it took me almost five hours to complete. Ugh! But I survived and there was a good party afterwards so that's something, right? (but no martinis)
In case anyone takes leave of their senses and decides they'd like to challenge themselves next year: http://www.hikerun.com/

Aww, look at Susan's profile pic. 5 hours! for a 16 mile run! Well I'm sure it was more scenic than what the Broad Street Run is.
