Nice work Greg!!!! That is a trip you will always remember I am sure. Give of your own abundance.
However, why is everyone in some brown or red "uniform" t-shirt, where you, my little fasion maverick, opted for the tight, sleeveless, All-Blacks jersey?

Excellent work, and good to be associated with a guy doing good things in a needy place.
I went for a run this AM and then got on the scale...with the warm weather I lost 8lbs....must have been water weight...I think 5 miles in 28 minutes was pretty good. Who knows with all of the powerlifting you guys are preaching?!!!

Greg- Love the gun show!

Spam- Made the spaghetti squash. It was fantastic! I'd be lying if I said I wasn't intimidated by such a gord but it worked out well.

Dawn, keep your tickets for the raffle.

Pam, I like the new challenge. In my head I completed it in 29:37

Rob, Thanks!

No, Thank you, Dude...some good pics from South of the border. Sorry I will not be able to make a second Sunday in a row for the running workout. I'm out of town this weekend. But I'll be back for Monday Powerlifting.

By the way, Doc D calling Greg his little FASHION maverick is quite ironic...would that be the proverbial pot calling the kettle black? Glad to see that Doc D has taken Greg under his fashionable wing.

Dawn, Do not fear the squash!

Greg, That's funny I actually did the WOD in 29:35.

Rob, unacceptable.

I thought congratulating Greg on his work in Mexico would be acceptable as well as teasing Doc D about being a mentor to a fashion maverick. My apologies to everyone on the blog who was offended by my comments. Please feel free to send your comments to rross372@gmail.com.
