first comment, eh? first off, susannah, you are going DOWN! i wear big clothes to decieve normal people. That, and if need be, big sweatshirts double as a blanket, smarty pants.
As for the run tomorrow morning, pamela- are we talking 6 am style? i dont get off shift with fire till 800, so i dont think ill get there if you go early.
Unfortunately we're talking 6am on the running. You know, no better way to start the day than with running... not really.
Susannah sweatshirt was also 5 sizes too big last night, so don't fret that one.
When did Crossfit become Fashion Club? This is exciting.
My activities for this weekend have been called into question:
City Chase vs. Broad Street
Which will it be?
How about both?
Greg, I think you know what the proper answer is. You wouldn't want Pamela to have all the fun on Sunday, would you???
And I'm fairly certain that you could do both.
Excuse me, what's all this talk about doing both? That wasn't what Greg asked - he clearly said which WILL it be - both wasn't an option!
(I'm doing this with him so either Broad Street OR City Chase). If he does both, then I do both, then Pam does both, then Sam does both , then Susan does both!
so are we all doing both?
I'd do both, if everyone else did both, but I know that isn't going to happen, just as it seems that only Rob and I are going to the EC CF Challenge when over a month ago, everyone was interested.
Let's all do both then...we need to pick partners, though, right?
I would love to do both BUT I'm already committed to a similiar race May 17th. So TECHNICALLY I am doing both.

Ok Pam, I'm in. I'll do both if you do both. Greg and I are partners for the City Chase - we'll kick your butts!
There's a slight conflict with a bjj seminar scheduled for noon the same day. So... we could possibly do Susan's Adventure Race.
Great idea, Pamela. And the 5/17/08 race is about $100 cheaper. The choice seems obvious. :)
Your feet look huge!
Jeeze, those are big feet!!!
I'm down for Susan's race.
Recent news may have me in Jersey this Friday night/Saturday morning.
I'll keep everyone posted.

I have always loved training barefoot. Here is a great article on the evils of shoes:

It's long but well worth the read.
Perfect reason to go barefoot! I hate shoes.
