Had to mix up the pull-ups. Did around 30 straight, then a mix between bands, jumping and a couple more regular...
The sit ups were surprisingly hard after the pull-ups and push-ups...
I got a 29:29. I did the pull ups straight. I would have done better with the 6AM crowd!
26:23....I think. JCB has the exact time if that is not it.
So far Rob is the only one who did all pull ups for Angie, I'm going to see how I fair with them tomorrow.
