Every Wednesday night we will post a CrossFit Philly Match Game. You will have photos of several people, along with a list of interesting facts about the people. Your goal is to match the photo with the interesting fact. The first person to get all of the facts and people correct gets to choose and lead the warm up for the next group workout they attend.

I like it.
I will Pull out the GHD in the morning.
This is a great idea!! Pure genious. Did you people do that filthy fifty thing this morning. WOW.
I forgot to make the disclaimer that warm ups cannot include chatty discussions of one's favorite beer or salty/sweet snack while sipping soup.
Kill joy!!!
May we discuss all things '80's or are you putting a moratorium on anything interesting besides who has a new heart rate monitor or comments on headwear? I like the idea of the trivia and would like more information, but I might get a demerit for a question that doesn't fit the realm of importance according to the leaders of this fine institution.
The filthy fifty thing was pretty good...although Rich was finished and already warming up his car by the time Sam and me were on the second round.
Doc D, I tried the Rolling Thunder on the pull ups...didn't really work too well. We have to come up with a rolling bar like they have out in Santa Cruz. The grip stuff is a whole other workout.
holy crap is that tonight's workout?
Holy Yes it is. It's just the filthy 50 broken in half.
She says ever so innocently...
...because I am so...
That's what people who aren't so innocent say.
What's the 'Estok' Workout about?
The Estok WOD is a KB WOD that Mike came up with last week. It's a tough one, and will probably be the Open Gym WOD on Friday.
And whatever happen to innocent until proven guilty?
As far as the Estok WOD for Friday...so we have to add a set of burpees every other set?
Your WODs are evidence enough.
I am awaiting this Match game more than tonight's episode of American Midol.
Clearly I am being confused for someone else.
