Listen to the Air Force Fuel Systems Technician, and reinforce the end caps with Steel Filled Epoxy Putty.

3 Deadlifts
6 Push Ups (weighted if you're so inclined)
9 Weighted Sit Ups
12 Box Jumps

I love the look of this workout. If anyone does it in the Sat AM class, post your rounds (and weights used).

I still don't have clips from Friday morning that I can post online, but I did get to watch all the segments this afternoon.

The information conveyed was great! The camera man focused on several different backsides a few times!
