What are In & Outs?

What's a good alternative if I can't do planches?

Hey Daniel,

In & Outs are like jumping squats only you change leg position from close (shoulder width) to a wider stance on each jump & you stay in the 3/4 squat position for the entire movement.

Pam & Jason can fill you in better, but this may help you get started.

Estok WOD 20:48, Haven't done an all KB workout in a long time, liked it a lot. I feel the infamous 50/50 Snatches, Cleans, Swings, Push Presses, Jerks coming sometime soon.
