3 Overhead Squats Left/Right
6 Weighted Push Ups
3 Heavy High Pulls Left/Right (from the ground)
6 Weighted Step Ups Left/Right

Just so this post doesn't go ignored....
Shoulders are feeling better.

BW Squats
6 Incline Push-Ups
3 High Pulls L/R (No weight)
6 Weighted Step-Ups (30lb DBs)
Followed by a 1 mile run.
