I hope everyone faired this morning's storm well. I know it was simply too much for me to even get the door open this morning, I could have seriously injured myself during my commute, so I thought it best to stay in the confines of my home.

I was o-lifting w/ G-gone wild this morning. Nice easy pace. The WOD was too daunting to even look at seriously, and I didn't feel like changing out of my snow suit.

It is a good thing there was so much snow this AM. I didn't obviously make it in, but I have been shovelling for at least an hour and worked up a pretty good sweat...also have the Again Faster bar hanging from a tree so I could take a break, and get a good workout in.

Guys, be careful of snow built up on the roof as it could fall and cause some nasty injuries. Make sure to wear your hard hats.

Even with my 4 wheel drive, I thought it would be a bit daunting to make it to this mornings workout. I may shoot for the 6:30 class - provided the roads are passable by then!

Greg- On the board the WOD looked innocent, but really its a marathon. I was starting to feel bad for you. Glad you finished.

Even with fancy science and technology we still get duped. Mother Nature is having a good laugh right now.

FYI...

If you did the WOD today and had any doubt about the WOM, you'll be fine.

20kg KB, Snatches instead of True Snatch Pulls, 56:10, the only part I looked forward to were the reverse lunges and the last 2 burpees. Soundtrack, The Ramones.

I'm glad you mentioned the soundtrack. Monsieur LePore aka SAM made sure my IPod will not be leaving its home base for a good long time. Good luck on the WOM.
