Dear Greg,

I don't hate you as much as I did on Saturday...but I still hate you.

Love,
Stewie

Dear Stewie,

Does that mean I need to make it harder next time?

Love,
Greg

p.s. what was your superhero name this morning?

The camera will need to resurface for Theme Tuesdays, this stuff sounds too good to not document.

Greg, you are a push-over in the workouts.

Pamela MacElree said...

So Brooks, does that mean you made it to the 6am today or are you speaking from past experiences?

I'm a PM'er.

Erica said...

us PM'ers don't know about Theme Tuesdays.

The long-standing AM vs PM workout could also have a costume theme add to it.

Also, starting in July, the first Monday of every month at 8pm will be designated for the Painstorm workout.

Dear Greg,

I just say how I feel. You can interpret it however you like.

Also--Eileen and I were Ace and Gary, also known as the ambiguously gay duo. Obviously!

Love,
Stewie

Erica, I believe the costume at crossfit thing emerged as an extra-incentive to get us out of bed at 5am. I mean, it's brutal when that alarm goes off--but if you get to put on a funny outfit, it's not that bad!

I am sure that anyone who is cool enough to wear a costume to crossfit is welcome to join into themed tuesday mornings! Yeah, I said it...

Brooks, those are heavy words you speak. Also, what do you mean by that?

Also, I would like to be informed what the themes prior to Tuesday so I may dress accordingly.

Erica said...

My 6am costume is "Girl snug in bed around the corner."

Next Tuesdays 6am theme, decided only hours ago, is ......80's ....perhaps a chance to break out those neon leggings, leg warmers, off the shoulder sweatshirts and side ponytails?

Angie said...

ps...I added the costume explanation for those that were mayeb too young to remember the 80's (ahem Greg)

Pamela MacElree said...

Greg, you have somewhat of a dresscode and I'm not so sure that 80s attire fits it.

Nice Angie!

Don't worry Greg, your at Drill Sargent status.

Gregory K said...

If I pretend I'm from a G.I. Joe cartoon I can still wear my camo shorts and a black t-shirt. Haha, the status quo has been maintained! Although I've been waiting for an excuse to wear my multi-colored spandex.

Angie, I remember plenty from the 80's; overalls from Oshkosh b'gosh, jiffy-pop, and miami vice (I shuck downstairs after my 9 o' clock bedtime)

Brooks, don't you forget it.

non negotiable Greg.
