Only a few days left for that, and with the tournament on Sunday I better not.

More than welcome to give it a go one morning at 7am!

However, I'll pick a standard night every month where Painstorm can be done so we don't miss anymore.

Sundays will rarely work because of the traveling workshop schedule we carry.

ld, I'm sure you loved the running warm-up, and last I checked you finished the WOD first tonight, and I started you in third heat!

To make it up to you, I'll workout during the 6am on Thursday.
