Interest vs Commitment




Tuesday WOD

20 continuous minutes of...

5 Pull Ups
5 Romanian Deadlifts
10 Push Ups
10 Swings

Only rest if you need to, complete as many rounds as possible in the 20 minutes.

ok on the jibber Greg, but don't take the jabber, I couldn't live without it. I think we were pretty quiet today, actually - Rich and me anyway.....
