Box Jumps
KB Swings
Dbl Push Presses
Reverse Lunges
Diamond Push Ups
Bear Hug Squats
Band Rows

3 Rounds, 1 minute rest between rounds.

Pam, good workout today. I realized that I hadn't done any wall ball or sand bag stuff in a while. Rob kept me honest, but Sam was a distraction as always.

I won't be making the Albany treck with this sprained ankle. Maybe next year.
