Keep the rep count consistant

Thursday WOD

4 - 1 minute rounds of...

Kettlebell True Snatch Pulls
Pledge Push Ups
Kettlebell Swings
Mountain Climbers
Kettlebell Goblet Squats
Eight Count Body Builders

There is 1 minute of rest between rounds. Attempt to keep the rep count consistant between all 4 rounds.

Gorgeous Pam, I agree - it Is nice to work out so early. The whole day is different. I try to grab that truth at 5:35 when the alarm goes off. Today was great. Hard.
