Doc D - I think eight, I sorta lost count...Rich?

Amanda, Rich, what were you two doing this morning? Only 8 rounds? Apparently I need to be more strict in cutting out the jibber-jabber.

Dr D. go for at least 10 rds.

Amanda said...

ok on the jibber Greg, but don't take the jabber, I couldn't live without it. I think we were pretty quiet today, actually - Rich and me anyway.....

Is today's title suppose to induce guilt?

Rich said...

Yeah - I was quiet and taking it easy.

Amanda stepped it up a notch today by using less assistance on her pull ups.

Pamela MacElree said...

Take the title however you choose Brooks. Are you feeling guilty about something?

Brooks A said...
