I got 11 rounds yesterday. 24kg swings, but light on the RDL (30something kg RDL's). Also, it was easier without the morning crowd distracting me with their constant chatter. You know who you are.

I'm trying to figure out how to bake something without grains and/or sugar. So far, I have nothing.
