4 Rounds of...

Jumping Pull Ups
DB High Pulls or Snatches Right
Squats
DB High Pulls or Snatches Left
Box Jumps
Band Rows

1 minute at each movement, 1 minute rest between rounds.

Greg,
I got 11 rounds yesterday. 24kg swings, but light on the RDL (30something kg RDL's). Also, it was easier without the morning crowd distracting me with their constant chatter. You know who you are.
