Tuesday WOD

Overhead Reverse Lunges Left
Overhead Reverse Lunges Right
T Stabilization Push Ups

1 minute each, for 5 rounds, 1 minute rest between rounds.

Note to those who like to trail run on the weekends... If Ward is along be prepared to do squats, push ups, and some sprints along the ways of your run!

Way to go Brooks! Of course you'll have to show us the next time you're in.

Erica, maybe next year I should paint the KBs and we can have a hunt, for every bell you find you have to do a certain number of reps with the movement that's written on the bell. That could be interesting.

Yes Pam. Nice work outside. Rain came at the perfect time to water the flowers.

Tough workout this AM Gregory. Good to start sweating again after my "winter layoff". I have to get the tire off around my waist. Thong season is right around the corner.
