1st roll is the number of rounds.
2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 6th roll is the number of reps for each movement.
The movements are a suprise!

I have 1700 sq feet of sod to lay in our back yard tomorrow for anyone who wants to "modify" their Saturday morning work out routine. I'll miss you all at the gym! 830 am start time: 7212 Lincoln. Come by and say hello anyway ~

There's no obedience, I just ask nicely.
Also, there was a rumor yesterday about how I acquire my seasonal tan. I'd respectfully like to state that I spend many hours outside landscaping and doing my workouts. I save the booths for all the yuppies.

Hopefully you will be more appreciative than Susan who repeatedly turns down my offer to help mow her lawn.

Cool Susannah! - ANY help, including ole fashioned encouragement, is welcome. We'll have lunch for anyone who's on hand mid-day. Sod's being delivered today and the grading work went beautifully yesterday, so we're ready to jump in. Might take us 30 min to get the game plan down...
Amanda, sorry I won't be able to help but I'm back home in Jersey for the weekend. Hope all goes well!
thanks Greg - maybe we'll manage to take some video for the site - before and after...it'll be a good place for a work out at some later point. Run from CF to 7212 do X, Y and Z, wake Amanda up, run back.

Now I'm having 2nd thoughts.
No, do it! You just need to mentally prepare yourself beforehand how best to make it through 100 reps of each exercise, esp the ones you find the most challenging. I'll do it with you if that helps any.
