Get that travellin' man a new shirt! Go ROB - I'm proud to consider you representing the mad cap rigor, and off-kilter high wire act of the CF Philly big top. They won't know what hit 'em.

Don't get arrested. They take bad jokes, 80s music and 70s sitcoms seriously up there. Best not to speak at all, in fact. Insanity is pretty unnerving to most people. I'd say you're a shoe in for the winners' circle.

Doc D, are you sure you can't make a cameo with Miso?

Thanks for the support. I'm going to take Amanda's advice about the insanity...no showering and a lot of arguing with myself...see you all next week. And yes, we were supposed to be on the road an hour ago.
And why is Greg wishing me good luck...isn't he going as well?

Rob, put something sticky that's been in Qs fist for a while in your hair. That'll reinforce the look.

Thanks again to everyone for the support...I have to pass along compliments from various sources up here in the upper Hudson valley...for some reason Pam and Jason are considered among the best CF trainers in our great nation...now only if they were up here to represent!
Where's Greg?
Amanda, I am showing up in a mu-mu and roller skates....not roller blades...USA roller skates...white with 1976 bicentennial logo on them...I thought Fletch was a good role model...thank you

If I could do a single bw squat without discomfort I'd be there. Perhaps next year. Sounds like the vibe is good. Scope out the competition. Not sure why Greg decided not to go.
