I can't get over what a cute puppy Bella was when she was little.

How can Rich get his own clue wrong? Does that mean he is clueless? I must abstain from voting b/c I know these clues. Good workout this morning JCB.

Yeah, good workout, but my stomach is still in pain...must be the frozen cheese burrito and rainbow Squishee I had at the Kwik E Mart on the way home this morning...gotta go with the chocolate milk next time!

Dr D, it's called a Red Herring... I intentionally answered all of the answers incorrectly because I wanted to mess with Sammy... It worked

hey Pam/Jason,

I donated blood today at 9am. Workout's at 630... Think I'll be alright? (no problems during or after donation)

Red herring
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A red herring is a metaphor for a diversion or distraction from an original objective.

Hmmm, I first saw this technique of deception in the 1985 classic movie 'Clue'

Your Jedi mindtricks might work on Sam, but I know to always keep my guard up around you Dick Flashdancer.

Dawn are you implying that Bella isn't cute anymore? She was only 8lbs when I got her...so so cute.

Christian, if you eat well today and aren't dehydrated you should be fine, but you'll have to play it by ear.

Hmm.. Dr D. I'm sensing a reoccurring theme in your messages...For the life of me I haven't got any "IDEA" as to what it all means...

Answers are...

2A
3B
4C

Looks like your in the merciful hands of Sammy next time he's in for class.

Congrats to Sam...it's a good thing that Doc D and Mr. DF Dancer are discussing the finer points of the English language while Christian is asking if he should gamble on passing out at tonight's workout after giving a few pints of blood. Sugar will be your best friend if you want to make it through the WOD.

sugar, water, and fruit it is then =)

thanks!

Pam- I knew you'd say that! Of course she's still cute, but not like when she was a wuddle puppers (those are real words.)

RSR3 said...

Pam- Dawn's right...Bella is still a cute fuzzy pumper...hey, it's a word!

On the Estok WOD, I'm guessing each round is made up of reps on both hands, i.e. 15 left hand, 15 right, and then move on to the next one...is that right? Now that would make sense that this will be a tough one.
