Combat-Sports-Conditioning

You may have already heard the news...but just incase you didn't. In just two short days we'll be releasing The Most Complete Online Resource for Combat Sports Conditioning. Click on the link to see a short preview of just some of the information that you'll find within the site.

We've literally spent years developing the information that we're making available. If you're a Combat Athlete, if you train one, if you train with one, or if you just want some amazing information on Conditioning Programs, then you have to see what we are talking about!

I'll let the video do the rest of the talking.

Jason, you only get once chance to make a first impression. :)

Pam or Jason- Some clarity on the KB class and what it would be like? Newbie format or experienced?

Meant one, not "once". Sometimes my brain moves faster than my fingers.

Dawn, it's one chance to make a GOOD first impression... As you always do!

Dawn, The KB class would probably entail about 10-15 minutes of instruction at the beginning of each class followed by a good KB workout.

The exception to this would be if everyone who came to the class already had a good knowledge base of kettlebell training.

And Dawn, How many first impressions have you made? ;)

Rich, I think you'll be fine for tomorrow, I wasn't at all sore after the WOM, although you did do it about 6 minutes faster. Ugh! It's the 12 Days all over again!

Rich, thanks for your kind words!

Spamela, I don't make first impressions...I change lives. ;)

BTW, made the chili from your recipe blog. It turned out really well.

Rich- I'll be there tomorrow for the 6AM class...not saying I'll feel good, but still dragging my butt in there. No E.R. visits the night before!
