Good workout this AM...thanks Jason.
Has anybody grabbed the Slosh Pipe for a workout yet?
Does anyone know why Pam posted the WOD at 4:38 this morning?
Is anyone out there? Jeez...blogging solo again...WTF!

Boys, Lads, Gents, or whatever you want to call yourselves...

I'm giving the WOM two more chances, once with the 24kg and once with the 16kg. Any idea when you'll be daring the monthly chaos? I'd like another 24kg time for comparision.

I grabbed the slosh pipe this morning, but it isn't loaded with water yet, I'm anxious to give it a go, very anxious, I know it's gonna be hard, but at the same time I keep thinking can it really be that hard.

I posted the WOD early this morning because I didn't feel like doing it last night when I got home.

Not tomorrow...I have a date with the pipe if I can make it all. Maybe Friday AM for the WOM.
How was Miami?

Gotta bring a tank of water if the hose out back at the gym is frozen. That one is also 10 feet long, so it's a Philly slosh pipe, not a beginner model from the Charlotte affiliate. I have to mark the halfway point which needs to be adjusted for the weight of the high tech end cap.

The T-Nation article by Dan John...Jason mentioned him this AM.

I we can just fill the pipe with the water from the sink via a bucket, I'm almost certain the hose is frozen.

Miami...good...warm...Philadelphia is not warm...like I said Miami was warm...not cold.

Also need to see if the PVC cement held up. I glued the ends on outside in freezing temps, so it might not have completely held on.
