Dan does mat jumps, about 40-42 inches or so.
10 Rounds at your own pace...
5/5 Deadlifts
5 Box Jumps
5/5 Presses
10 Ring Rows
Use aprox 25-30% BWT for deadlifts.
Use aprox 20% BWT for presses.
Use a box that is aprox knee height for box jumps.
Get as parallel to the ground as possible on the ring rows.
Focus on strength and form.

You haven't missed it. At this point perhaps we should wait for the new place, it's less than two weeks away afterall.
