Push-Pull

Why should you train with Kettlebells ? Because BalBoa Does !






Pull-ups- 10,8,6,4,2
DBs Thrusters 20,18,16,14,12

Elevated Push-ups - 10,8,6,4,2
Ring Rows- 20,18,16,14,12

50 Sit-ups.

I concur with Sam! Hello Pam, how are you today? It was a pleasure meeting on Saturday in Palm Beach Gardens. Hope that you enjoyed the WOD. I know that you don't prefer running but I appreciate the 70#KB swings on the round of 2. You are awesome!

Hey Scott, thanks for a good workout on Saturday, I admit to not thoroughly enjoying the running, but that is why I send myself to you guys when I'm on vacation!

Sam, I never knew.

I might limited on the handstands but I'll see what else I can muster up, afterall I do have a kettlebell down here, go figure.

How does Pam get the kettlebell on the plane? I would think she'd need to put it in a plastic bag and buy a seat for it.

Sam- still waiting for you to show up on Open Gym days for training on DLs, OH presses, and Squats...the clock is ticking. It was good to see you on Saturday.

I was at the 8AM class on Saturday...the one where we all walked out sweating...not the instructional class on how to put a GOOD mix on your IPod.

Rob, I have a kettlebell at my parent's house. TSA isn't too friendly when it comes to carrying KBs on the plane, but if you check it you're usually good to go.
