Rob - the GHD turned out well but I am going to REALLY start feeling it tomorrow. Taking a day of rest today... well... I will practice my OHS because they are in need of help - PR-315lb Back Squat; PR-30lb OHS... That is NOT a typo.

Happy Friday Scott...the sun is out but its a salute to numb nuts outside here in Philly because its also in the low 30s with a wind chill.
And Sam didn't get the Seinfeld reference yesterday..."The Fat Boys break up and now this?"...there's another gem from the big screen...anyone?
