I like the new challenge. Those presses are TOUGH!
The presses are tough but I think the workout needs more cowbell...I mean kettlebell
36lb Bottoms Up Press, almost with the 44lber.
WOD 40:08
Finally a challenge I can do after taking 3 weeks off. Also, when I came in on Friday, 20-30 slosh squats was cool and by Saturday you people were posting 100 reps for time. That is a really short learning curve.
WOD: Pam's time plus about 1 minute.
I discovered today the WODs are less painful when someone does it with you (thanks Pam!)
Sammy, it's a beautiful day for a run!
The slosh squats were anything but a dream, but I like the challenge.
No problem Dawn! Good job, and it's always easier/better when you have someone else doing the WOD with you!
Oh, my time for the WOD was 40:07.
The slosh challenge should be 100 squats without setting the pipe down. Far off but it's gonna be a good one.
What a great time on today's WOD Greg!!
100 Consecutive Slosh Squats...that'll be interesting.
Thanks Pam. It was really hard considering I kept time in my head.
Keeping time in your head while simultaneously counting reps, and still beating my time by :01 takes some serious talent.
ahhhhhhh, that's the infamous edison baseball field where I kept laughing the entire time and was unable to help filming.
Laughing is my kryptonite JCB!
And chicken parm is YOUR kryptonite JCB, haaaa!
