I was waitin for this month's Painstorm to see if I could pull it off, so far there's only been one that I could as prescribed. This month's will also have to be modified especially because of the MUs, and I'll be in need of both Greg's and Dawn's postworkout recovery methods.
Painstorm XXXIV
21 bodyweight front squat
42 Burpee Pull Ups
Run 1 k
15 Bodyweight Front Squat
30 Muscle Ups
Run 800m
9 Bodyweight Front Squat
18 Waist High Box Jump
Run 400m
That's a ridiculous workout. Better kick it up to a car bomb and 3 banana pancakes for this one.
Waist high box jump? Ummmm. Yeah. Ok.
Sam, I'll bring one in for you if you want to give it a go! Nevermind the 45 BW FSs.
The problem with a car bomb Greg is that you consume it all at once and have no other liquid to get you through all 3 of those banana pancakes.
30 Muscle Ups? I need a drink.
What blog did I get into during some big football game on Feb. 3? A heapin' help of BS is what I say! Sam, no prob on the waist high Box Jumps...just need a running start with velcro-bottomed shoes. I'm still recuperating from Saturday's full-on assault on my quads...Holy Bat guano! Tomorrow needs to be an upper body assault...please!
